'The Humanoid Landscape' and strange coincidences

In my ongoing research into the various protest movements that litter Britain's history, I have come acrosss a man, Fen Lander, who happens to live in my hometown of Whitstable, was a big part of the road protests against the Thanet Way in the nineties, and has written an esoteric, idiosyncratic psychogeographic book entitled 'The Humanoid Landscape' that I am now on my to purchasing.

The fact that all this researching has somehow taken me back to the town where I grew up strikes me as a little bit strange, but i'll put it down to coincidence. The psychogeographjer in me is screaming that there is no such thing as coincidence, but i'll try and stay rational at least until middle-age I hope.

I'm going to be interviewing Fen at somepoint in the near future, so watch this space.
